Listen with your Eyes!: A Musical Life-Drawing Class

Conducted on Sunday, February 19, 2012, featuring Music in the Barns Chamber Ensemble and Daisuke Takeya, Visual Artist

Featuring the Music in the Barns Chamber Ensemble as a “musical model” and students were guided in creating what they saw and heard with colour clay as the ensemble performed classical string works geared for young audiences. The class was part of Classical for Kids, a series of musical workshop for children in collaboration with Theatre Direct and the Music in the Barns, coordinated by Carol Gimbel.
